This is a great product. I was surprised that the Green 85 boosted my energy in the morning and thru out the day. The hardest part is not eating anything till at least 11am. Once you get use to it, it’s not that bad. What works for me is that after 11 when I get hungry I will eat a small snack. Then I will have lunch 1-2 hours later. When eating my lunch I will stop half way thru it for a couple of minutes then resume. I have been eating less doing this. I fill up faster and have been loosing weight. The detox pills work well. Have not had any diarrhea as well. Worth the money.

Tim James’ weekly Wednesday Group Coaching has changed my gut. The Green 85 drink and the Gut Detox has given me more energy thru out the day. I am resting better at night. Everyone needs to be taking these products.
