Why You Need More Vitamin P…

Health Heroes! 🦸‍♀️

Do you ever just pause and allow your spirit to catch up with your body?

Oftentimes we get so lost in the day to day stuff that we forget the joy of what it means to simply be alive. 

We’re so focused on “What’s next?” that we miss right now. 

We are constantly looking for something to do. 

Literally to the point of exhaustion. 

The most important Vitamin that we can give to ourselves is our own Presence. (Vitamin P)

The byproduct of being more present is internal happiness. 

And while we can make every excuse in the book why we are not making our own happiness a priority, at the end of the day, it’s you that suffers that nutrient deficiency. 

Go on a walk. 

And I’m not talking about a speed walk. 

Walk softly. 

And don’t forget to stop and smell the flowers. 

Most importantly…. Give yourself permission to not be pushing forward all the time. 

Give yourself time, like you give your time to others. 

It’s okay to take care of you. 

I promise.
